Jim Brooks - CEO/Realtor

For over a decade, Jim Brooks has been one of the top Real Estate Agents in Las Vegas. With the belief that strong work ethics paired with a ‘customer comes first’ mind set is the best approach, Jim has accumulated over 50 Real Estate awards and a track record of excellence within the field, including the achievement of #1 Real Estate Team nationwide for Better Homes & Gardens since 2010 and the #1 Las Vegas High Rise agent in transactions closed since 2008. Heidi Williams - Customer Care Manager/Realtor

Having handled several hundred real estate sales for the Brooks Team; Heidi’s experience and “can-do” attitude ensures a smooth home sale, short sale, REO or purchase. Heidi’s daily responsibilities include overseeing new business development and managing the sales process, including all steps of the transaction and escrow process. Prior to joining the Brooks Team, Heidi worked in the Mortgage Lending field. She spent over 5 years as a loan officer within the Las Vegas Valley and Orange County, CA; where she grew up. Heidi prides herself on being able to get any task done efficiently and effectively. She strongly believes that customer service is the most important element of doing any job well.

Lynn Priola

With a mission of serving people with a “World Class” approach, Lynn has an earlier background in the hospitality industry in ownership and management in hometown of Rockford area. In 2004, she moved out west to work for a business training company for the spa and salon industry where she coached owners and technicians to implement sales systems allowing them to increase profitability.  In 2008 her experience began in the real estate industry processing REO (bank owned) properties and completing Broker Price Opinions for asset companies through the real estate crash. After the market turned again and joining the Brooks Team, with the mission to serve our communities with old fashion great customer service!  In her free time you will find Lynn at any one of the hot yoga rooms in town or spending time with her daughter
